Savvitas provides a global base for people of influence to explore long-term strategic relations, collaboration, ideas and opportunities for business. It’s an international alliance of diverse, modern leaders who have a passion for their own lives and for encouraging and effecting positive, sustainable change for all
Savvitas is an influential and innovative think tank which works to positively impact lifelong development of women, from school students to board level and beyond. With a special emphasis on boosting women's global economic power.
Founded by Helene Martin Gee, Patrons are the Rt Hon Theresa May MP and Tessa Sanderson CBE; Founding Patron was the late Benazir Bhutto.
A forum for women at the peak of their career, Savvitas was established (as ‘Pink Shoe’) in London in 2007 by entrepreneur and Parliamentary Adviser Helene Martin Gee. It holds regular interactive online activities with partners from around the world, and a variety of live and hybrid events across the UK and in European capitals.
Advising Government and major bodies on issues relating to women across a range of policy areas; Savvitas and its members contribute to significant research, including its 2020 Savvitas NatWest White Paper, 2021 COP26 Green Paper; joint report with UEL; input to The Rose Review on Female Entrepreneurship, and All-Party Parliamentary Group for Women & Enterprise Reports.
A key goal is to ensure all activities have positive social and economic impact. Influencing, sharing ideas and opportunities, and connecting people of stature. Leveraging international business between women and increasing women's contribution to global GDP
Savvitas Purpose
Savvitas aims to encourage and support the development of women of all sectors, cultures and backgrounds throughout their career. It works closely with decision makers to stimulate thought leadership, and proactively champions career progress, opportunity and business growth.

The creativity and motivation of the network is stimulated by the intentional integration of Business with the Artistic, the Creative, the Political and the Entrepreneurial, plus Sport, Charities, Education, the Professions and the Forces. Leaders networking for successful, worthwhile, enjoyable lives.
Global Reach
Savvitas has longstanding affiliations with Catalyst for Women Entrepreneurs (India); European Women in Leadership (WIL) (Europe); Global WIN (Washington); Kagider (Turkey); OWIT (Geneva and worldwide); Quantum Leaps (USA); and WIPP (USA); as well as with G7 and Women 20 .
Through strong links with international Parliaments, it regularly hosts diplomatic and business missions, including delegations from Bangladesh, China, Kenya, Serbia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Asia, The Punjab, Pakistan, Turkey, and many EU member states. Members take part in reciprocal trips to share business opportunities and best practice.
