Participants include high-potential students, recent graduates, early-career professionals, apprentices, and founders. Typically, aged 18–30, with a global outlook, thus encouraging a culturally and geographically diverse, international cohort.
Creating a fast-track pipeline for young women who have the ability and ambition to make a global impact. A12-month semi-structured programme, designed for high-potential young women, with entrepreneurship and ethical leadership as core threads.
Led by Kaye Nightingale, the programme is deliberately broader than 'start-ups only' reflecting Savvitas’ positioning at the intersection of business, policy, technology, and public life, which leverages senior women leaders across sectors.
Participants also benefit from lifetime alumni access to the Savvitas community, business forum meetings, events and ad-hoc sessions.
