The BoardAble Programme Selection and Recruitment Process
The full 2021 programme begins in September, with programme dates Thursday 23 September and Thursday 25 November. Selection is conducted in accordance with the Code of Practice published by the Commissioner for Public Appointments. Candidate short listing is undertaken by assessing information provided in a CV and Supporting Statement. Acceptance onto the programme and subsequent matching of successful candidates with a Shadow Principal is carried out by a selection panel.
All applications will be assessed no later than Monday 6th September 2021. By this date (or sooner) the shortlist of successful candidates will be contacted. Those unsuccessful at this stage are advised in writing (via email). Verbal feedback is available upon request. Selected candidates will be carefully matched with the most appropriate available Shadow Principal in relation to their skills, experience and career goals.
